- B.Ed. – Two Year Degree Course
The B.Ed. Two year course will consist of the following components:
Part – I Main Theory papers at B.Ed. Part I & Part II
Part –II School internship of 20 weeks (10 at B.Ed. part 1 & 10 at Part II)

- D.El.Ed. (BSTC)
The Diploma in Elementary Education is a two year professional programme of teacher education. It aims to prepare teachers for the elementary stage of education, i.e. classes I to VIII.
About Admission Process
Mahatma Gandhi College Of Education (Coeducation) is managed by Sri Laxmi Narayan Charitable Society For Education, Research and Development, Jaipur. It is recognized by NCTE and affiliated to University of Rajasthan for B.Ed. courses. The students are required to face the entrance test for admission to the B.Ed. organized by the coordinator of P.T.E.T., appointed by the state government of Rajasthan. The successful candidates get the allotment of the college and thus these students report to the respective college and then the students profile is prepared by the college. The admission fee prescribed by the state government is collected by the centralized test agency. Thus the process of admission to B.Ed. programme is very transparent since no individual institution handles the process but the government itself takes care of the same.
The role authority is the Pre Education Test (PTET) for B.Ed. admission that develop various strategies to deal with students with diverse needs. The cell suggests and allots the candidates according to their specific requirement. The admission procedure is followed according to the rules and regulations of NCTE and Government of Rajasthan. Ours is a Coeducation College. Students pursuing B.Ed. comes from different areas of Rajasthan and other states also. They follow different religion, culture and socio-economic status.
Admission Process of D.El.Ed (BSTC)
Admission shall be made on the basis of entrance examination as per the policy of the state government.
WELCOME SESSION
After completion of admission process institution organize a welcome party. In this party the new comers get knowledge of the institution and the staff. Students also try to know each other, as it is necessary for making class room climate for future teaching learning. At the same time we call our old students also who share their experience of past year for a guide line and motivation also.
